It’s the Ramadan this month. As our fellow Muslim friends are fasting from dawn till dusk. Many times, they consume dates when they break the fast. The reasons in my opinion are,
1. it’s a tradition
2. dates have very high sugar level and can give lots of energy to last through the day.
